METHOD FOR PREPARING FERTILIZER FROM ORGANIC WASTE AS RAW MATERIAL AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a fertilizer having excellent fast- acting properties which is prepared from organic wastes as raw material, lessens the residues of weed seeds, pathogenic microorganisms as well as chlorine, or the like, which are organisms and substances liable to be hazardous to plants, and an apparatus used for the same. SOLUTION: The organic wastes are liquefied by a hydrothermal reaction under subcritical water conditions and the liquefied hydrothermal reaction products are subjected to wet process oxidation treatment under treatment conditions under which ammonia is hardly decomposed. The treated matter subjected to the oxidation treatment is recovered as the liquid fertilizer.
