METHOD FOR QUALITY CONTROL OF READY-MIXED CONCRETE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy and reliability in quality control of ready-mixed concrete. SOLUTION: The whole amount of ready mixed concrete of one ready-mixed concrete mixer truck is taken as one measuring unit in measurement of a unit water content of the ready-mixed concrete. The ready-mixed concrete of the ready-mixed concrete mixer truck 12 extracted from a plurality of mixer gathered in the same job site is specified as reference concrete in the job site. besides a unit water amount of the total amount of the reference concrete which is measured with a continuous type water content measuring apparatus 18 is determined as a reference unit water amount being a control reference of the quality. Then by respectively comparing unit water amount of the total amount of ready-mixed concrete of each ready-mixed concrete mixer truck with the reference unit water amount, the quality of the ready-mixed concrete is evaluated to be controlled for each ready-mixed concrete mixer truck on the job site.
