PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide powder-molding pellet having an excellent moldability and capable of being molded into a uniform molded product, its manufacturing method, a resin molded product such as a skin material and the like obtained by using the pellet, its manufacturing method, and an automotive interior trim equipped with the skin material. SOLUTION: A powder molding pellet having the maximum diameter of 200 to 1000μm and comprising foamed resin and the powder molding pellet 3 having the maximum diameter of 200 to 1000μm, at least either one of one or more through hole 32 and a notch hole 33 and the maximum wall thickness of 300μm or less are manufactured by an extrusion molding method. Further, the resin molded product such as the skin material 6 and the like is manufactured by using the pellet by a slush molding method. Further, the automotive interior trim such as an instrument panel and the like equipped with a substrate and the skin material bonded to the substrate is prepared. |
