摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positional checking system enabling high-precision arrangement of work pieces in an industrial robot. SOLUTION: This positional checking system includes a manipulator 2 to move the working pieces, an air bearing device and a picture image checking system to be arranged on the air bearing device to provide a picture image data to correspond with the working pieces moved by the manipulator 2. The picture image checking system 8 includes a plural number of picture image providing elements to provide the picture image data to correspond with the working pieces. For example, this system includes a first picture image providing element 22 to provide the picture image data of reference working pieces to be arranged on a panel and a second picture image providing element 24 to provide the picture image of the working pieces to be moved by the manipulator 2.
