PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve stability of the finish of cooking and high response of repeated cooking, and save electric power in a preheating state. SOLUTION: A heating chamber 10 is kept to be a preheated state at all times with lower heaters 12, 13, and upon cooking temperature is set higher than preheating temperature, and simultaneous heating is achieved by high frequency power supply from a magnetron 14. After the cooking is finished, the heating chamber 10 is cooled with an air suction fan 17 to quickly return the operation to the preheating state, and a preheated situation in the heating chamber 10 is displayed by a control section 9. Hereby, cooking frequency upon repeated cooking and stability of a result of the cooking are improved, and electric power saving at preheating is achieved.
