PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stacked heat exchanger in which the position or the attitude of a flange being jointed to a side tank can be altered easily depending on the fixing position of a heat exchanging medium introducing/delivering pipe while preventing increase in the cost and the labor for management. SOLUTION: The stacked heat exchanger comprises a side tank forming a heat exchanging medium introducing/delivering passage disposed on the side of a core section where tubes and fins are stacked alternately and a flange is jointed to the side tank. Interior of the side tank is divided into two in the stacking direction wherein one section serves as a heat exchanging medium introducing passage and the other section serves as a heat exchanging medium delivering passage. Flange joint face of a plate forming the side tank is one plane.
