PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing which prevents intrusion of dust powder of brush powder from the outside or grease leakage from the inside, sufficiently supports low torque requests and realizes high sealing performance even as a bearing used in a environment where the dust or brush powder is generated. SOLUTION: An O ring 9 is fitted and fixed to an inner ring outer diameter 2a opposed to an inner diameter 8b of a non-contact sealing plate 8 so as to reduce a labyrinth clearance L, to complicate a labyrinth path and to raise high sealing (dust-proof) performance while maintaining low torque.
