PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wood coating photocurable resin composition of a urethane (meth)acrylate resin type which is solventless, excels in photocurability and adhesion and, simultaneously, excels in crack resistance. SOLUTION: This photocurable resin composition comprises (A) a urethane (meth)acrylate resin having a (meth)acryloyl group at the terminal, obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate compound having two or more isocyanate groups in the molecule, a specific polyesterpolyol, and a hydroxy group-containing (meth)acrylate, (B) acryloyl morpholine, and (C) a photopolymerization initiator.
