PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition which has properties such as an excellent moist touch and excellent cream spreadability and is useful for cosmetics. SOLUTION: This composition for cosmetics is characterized by formulating one or more oils selected from passion flower oil, cherry pit oil and walnut oil with one or more amino acids and/or one or more saccharides, and further, if necessary, lecithin.
