PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a level of protruding attached equipment to upper face of a head guard. SOLUTION: A rotation shaft 14 that protrudes both ends is fixed on a base 13 of a rotating lamp 7 as the attached equipment. Both sides of the shaft 14 are pivoted on a crosspiece side of the head guard 6. A first gear 17 is fixed on one side of the shaft 14 and a second gear 20 to be engaged with the first gear 17 is fixed thereon. A lever for operating 30 is fixed on the second gear 20. When the lever 30 is rotated by an approximate angle of 180 deg. in a state protruding the lamp 7 from the upper face of the head guard 6, the lamp 7 rotates around the shaft 14 as the center. Thereby the lamp 7 vertically rotates by an approximate angle of 180 deg. to be a downward attitude and lowers below the upper face of the head guard 6. Accordingly the level of the lamp 7 protruding from the upper face of the head guard can be adjusted.
