PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle apparatus operation support system capable of providing support information to an on-vehicle apparatus without a function of retaining information. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle apparatus operation support system 2 includes a support information data base 3 storing support information of the on-vehicle apparatus without the function of retaining information, a support information acquiring means 11 acquiring support information from the support information data base 3 when support information is stored in the support information data base 3 and acquiring support information with accessing to the on-vehicle apparatus when support information is not stored in the support information data base 3, and a support information supplying means 12 supplying the acquired support information in a guidance format selected by a user.
