INK JET PRINTER HEAD AND DRIVING CIRCUIT BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet printer head suitable for high speed and high quality printing wherein a wiring pattern and a circuit structure are densified. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric element 7 which is deformed by an electric signal, a thin film transistor 9 for driving the piezoelectric element 7 and an amplifier circuit 13 are formed on an identical insulated substrate by a polycrystalline silicon process. As nozzles and the circuit are densified, providing of multiple nozzles in the high density can be facilitated so that high speed and high quality printing can be achieved.
