PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably output an excellent image in which electrification unevenness is eliminated and hose quality is high even in a halftone image by preventing the accumulation of transfer residual toner, an additive agent and paper powder to an electrifying member 2 in printing for a long term in an injection electrifying system of a ozoneless whose applied voltage is low. SOLUTION: An electrifying member 2 to electrify a body to be electrified 1 is moved by keeping a speed difference with the surface of the body to be electrified 1 by forming the body to be electrified 1 and a contact part (n). This device carries conductive particles (electrification accelerating particles) m1 having the electric charge of a polarity same as that the voltage applied to the electrifying member 2 to electrify the body to be electrified 1. The device has a means to supply the conductive particles m1 to the surface of the electrifying member 2. The electrifying member 2 is constituted of a conductive and flexible member or a conductive elastic foamed body.
