PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product in which a screened lees is utilized by itself without discarded as an industrial waste, which is the defect in conventional products. SOLUTION: This screened-lees board is obtained by mixing and stirring the screened lees left as a waste when old papers are recycled and an aqueous solution in which a paste is dissolved to make the raw material of the board.
