<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipeline closing plug which can be fitted to a desired position in a pipeline and check the condition of a packing member from the exterior. SOLUTION: The pipeline closing plug 1 comprises a disk-like first plate member 2 having the outside diameter equal to the inside diameter of the pipeline and formed of a transparent material, a ring-like second plate member 3 having the outside diameter equal to the inside diameter of the pipeline and formed of a transparent material, a ring-like packing member 4 held between the first plate member 2 and the second plate member 3 and in contact with an inner surface of the pipeline, a connection member 5 for connecting the first plate member 2 and the second plate member 3 to each other, and a fixing member 6 for fixing the pipeline closing plug 1 to the pipeline.</p> |
