PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing process suitable to eliminate a burr, a sharp end edge and/or unevenness from a lens made of a relatively soft or flexible lens material. SOLUTION: This processing method for eliminating the burr, the sharp end edge and/or the unevenness from the lens made of the soft lens material or the flexible lens material is process for coating plural beads with polishing material. The method includes a process for including cerium oxide, zirconium oxide, chromium oxide, iron oxide, tin oxide, titanium dioxide, yttrium oxide or diatomaceous earth in the polishing material; a process for including the coated beads into a rotary vessel; a process for putting at least one soft lens or flexible lens into the rotary vessel; and a process for rotating the soft lens or the flexible lens together with the coated beads. |
