PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel and compact heat exchanger, especially for air conditioning, and a heating or air conditioning facility having a smaller installation space and mounting that heat exchanger. SOLUTION: In a disc structure heat exchanger, at least one first flow channel (16) for first medium is disposed between two discs (12 and 14) forming a disc pair (13). A large number of second flow channels (18) for second medium are disposed, while being connected in parallel, between two disc pairs (13), respectively. In order to provide a novel and improved heat exchanger which can be formed easily, the second flow channels (18) connected in parallel are formed of respective discs (14, 12) of adjacent disc pairs (13).
