摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controlling system and method for a factory automation facility allowing mass-production of a seat belt retractor assembly. SOLUTION: The controlling method with the system to put on the power supply of the factory automation facility for generating a standby condition for operation comprise an on-routine S100, a webbing cast-in routine S200 to cast in a webbing to a retractor mounted on the facility, a web drawout routine S300 to draw out the webbing having passed the retractor, a transport routine S400 to transport the webbing to an appropriate position for pressure fitting of an upper and a lower stopper to the webbing, a part supplying routine S500 to supply the stopper parts so that they are arranged on the oversurface and undersurface of the webbing, a stopper fixing routine S600 to put the arranged stopper parts in pressure fit to the webbing firmly, and a webbing folding routine S700 to fold the leading edge of the webbing and couple with an end mount.
