PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain destruction and pollution of natural environment and obtain stable power source by solving the problem of the conventional power generation method, wherein in the case of wind power generation, when it is windless, power can't be generated, in the case of solar power generation, when there is no sunshine, power can't be generated, and in the case of water power generation, the source of water supply is needed to cause destruction of natural environment, in the case of thermal power generation, enormous oil is needed to cause the problems such as natural destruction and environmental pollution called global warming, and inhabitants and neighboring countries in a wide range around the nuclear power plant have a fear of radiation emission accident of atomic fuel and a reactor explosion accident. SOLUTION: High pressure hot water generated in adjusting mixing water of a hot spring source is applied to a blade on an extension of rotating shaft of a power generator through a pipe, thereby rotating the rotating shaft of the power generator to generate power.
