PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil cooler in which cooling efficiency is enhanced by preventing pressure loss due to variation of viscosity. SOLUTION: The oil cooler comprises a pair of header pipes, a plurality of tubes interconnecting the pair of header pipes, corrugated fins arranged between the tubes, and a partition plate for sectioning the interior of the header pipe on the fluid introducing side into the inlet side and the outlet side wherein the cross-sectional area of a channel group comprising tubes connected to the inlet side is larger than the cross-sectional area of a channel group comprising tubes connected to the outlet side.
