PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the production of drain due to the change in the temperature of incoming water and the boil of the water passing through the inner barrel. SOLUTION: At the high incoming water temperature, the spring constant of an SMA spring 37 increases, and the load of the SMA spring 37 on a ratio control shaft 31 increases. Consequently, the ratio control shaft 31 shifts to the bias spring 38 side to enlarge the opening area to a water supply pipe 33. That is to say, the quantity of the water passing through the inner barrel is increased at the high incoming water temperature, so as to suppress the boil in a heat exchanger 16. Contrarily, at the low incoming water temperature, the spring constant of the SMA spring 37 decreases, and the load of the SMA spring 37 on the ratio control shaft 32 decreases. Consequently, the ratio control shaft 32 shifts to the SMA spring 37 side to reduce the opening area to the water supply pipe 33. That is to say, the quantity of the water passing through the inner barrel is reduced at the low incoming water temperature, so as to suppress the production of drain in the heat exchanger 16.
