发明名称 FRETTING CORROSION FATIGUE EVALUATION METHOD
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately predict the fretting corrosion fatigue life of a rotor blade dovetail and improve strength reliability of a compressor. SOLUTION: A strength H of a stress singular field near a contact end is determined from a maximum stress distribution obtained by a finite element method, and a fatigue test result is organized by a ratio of a strengthΔH of the stress singular field and a strengthΔHc of a crack initiation critical stress singular field. A stress distribution for calculating the strength H of the stress singular field near the contact end is determined by a molecular dynamic analysis, nano-indentation as an experimental technique, an X-ray stress measuring method, or a neutron diffraction stress measuring method.
