PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart the function of a wash-line pole required for daily life to an escape ladder unnecessary excepting the case of emergency, to solve the trouble of storage by usage at all times and to provide such a convenience that usual inspection and management are also practicable. SOLUTION: A thick main-body main pole (1) and a thin main-body sub-pole (2) are connected in parallel by a both-attaching step (4), and a one side- attaching step (5) is installed between the steps (4) in such a manner that the end of the step (5) is separated from the main-body sub-pole (2) and the step (5) is stood side by side at a space in a certain extent. Stepped hanging fittings (3) are mounted at one ends of the main-body poles (1) and (2).
