PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine of a closed cycle where combustion steam is a working medium and to provide turbine equipment irrespective of location and operation conditions. SOLUTION: Exhaust gas from a high pressure turbine 1 is thermally recovered at a first exhaust heat recovery boiler 3 and supplied to a low pressure combustor 4 and forms a working medium for a low pressure turbine 5. Exhaust gas from the low pressure turbine 5 is thermally recovered by a second exhaust heat recovery boiler 6 and condensed by a condenser 8. Condensate is heated by the first and second exhaust heat recovery boilers 3 and 6 and fed to a high pressure combustor 1, and forms a working medium for the high pressure turbine 1. The working medium as a primary steam is fed to the high pressure combustor 1 by the first and second exhaust heat recovery boilers 3 and 6 to provide main steam. A turbine, having a closed cycle, where combustion steam forms a working medium is provided and turbine equipment irrespective of the location and operation conditions is provided.
