PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary unit capable of freely forming a sanitary space having a different volume within a range of a floor frame. SOLUTION: A support frame body 14 is formed of a floor frame 11 to be placed on the floor bedding 5 fixed to a building frame 1 and provided with several positioning holes 31, several supports 15 to be positioned at several positioning parts of the floor frame 11 at a lower end thereof and fixed to the building frame 1 at an upper end thereof. Floor panels 21 and wall panels 25 are provided inside of the support frame body 14 to form an equipment unit 2 as a sanitary unit. Volume of the support frame body 14 can be changed by selecting the predetermined positioning hole among several positioning holes 13 to fix the supports 15.
