PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift type parking device capable of shortening the waiting time for taking in and out cars, capable of increasing the number of parking an improving in comfortableness for a driver when using. SOLUTION: This lift type parking device placed in a conventional lift type parking device is provided with a parking mechanism having first parking shelves arranged adjacent to each other in a cross direction of a hoist way in each floor higher than the third floor, second parking shelves arranged in an opposite side of the hoist way in relation to the first parking shelves, a main lift for elevating a pallet in the hoist way for upper floors higher than the second floor, an auxiliary lift for the second floor, a first pallet lateral feeding device for laterally feeding the pallet for delivery between the first parking shelves provided in the upper floors higher than the second floor and the main lift, a second pallet lateral feeding device for feeding the pallet for delivery between the first parking shelves and the second parking shelves. This lift type parking device is also provided with a receive/delivery space provided in the first floor, an auxiliary lift for elevating the lift between the first floor and the second floor, and a pallet lateral feeding device for the first floor capable of delivering the pallet in the cross direction between the receive/delivery space and the auxiliary lift.
