PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating cover for a hot water supply pipe and a heat insulating cover attached hot and cold water combination faucet for the hot water supply pipe capable of being easily cleaned even if dirt is adhered to the hot water pipe heat insulating cover, easily adjusting a straight stop valve and easily cleaning a filter. SOLUTION: The heat insulating cover mounted to a crank member constituted by forming the straight stop valve in the end of a crank on the side of a wall surface toward the front in the hot and cold water combination faucet connecting a water supply pipe extended from the wall surface to the hot and clod water combination faucet through the crank member is mounted to the crank member so as to cover the straight stop valve provided to the crank member in a detachable manner.
