PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating device of a working machine capable of solving such a structural problem that a hydraulic control lever is locked when an operator leaves his or her seat in conventional working machine, but a hydraulic oil is not supplied so that an operation can not be made by the hydrau lic control lever and that the loss of energy is increased when the working machine is so constituted that the hydraulic oil from a hydraulic oil source is releaved. SOLUTION: An operator's seat capable of getting on and off from an entrance 19 is provided to a working machine body 13, the working machine 7 is mounted on the working machine body 13, the working machine can be operated by pilot control devices 21 and 22 provided near to the operator's seat 16, at the same time, lock levers 23 and 24 changing over an opening and closing operation of traffic and operation/non-operation of the pilot control devices are provided to entrance, and the lock levers are engagedly connected to an unload circuit 36 provided to a pilot hydraulic source 30, and the unload circuit is constituted of an electromagnetic valve.
