PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting head of an electronic part mounting device capable of restraining generation of heat from a linear motor in the middle of electronic part mounting work, maintaining electronic part mounting precision by efficiently cooling the generated heat and restraining cost of the electronic part mounting work. SOLUTION: This mounting head 10 of the electronic part mounting device is furnished with a suction nozzle 20 to vacuum-suck an electronic part D and the cylindrical linear motor 40 to move the suction nozzle, and the cylindrical linear motor is furnished with a coil 42 as a stator, a magnet 41 as a needle and a hollow shaft S to be connected to the suction nozzle. Additionally, the number of turns of the coil 42b arranged in a section where the magnet moves roughly at constant speed out of the moving region of the magnet is smaller than the other sections. Consequently, it is possible to restrain heating value in the constant speed region by restraining motor thrust in the region to be at the constant speed while maintaining the motor thrust. |
