<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint for connecting a pipe by which a connecting work can be performed easily and quickly. SOLUTION: This joint 2 for connecting a pipe for connecting both the pipes in a butt condition of the fellow one end of the two pipes comprises vertically divided two joint bodies 6, 6, tightening means 7, 7 for tightening these two joint bodies 6, 6 moved in a direction approaching to each other, and stopper members 8, 8 advanced into a recessed part 1B of the pipe 1 to impede its movement relating to the joint body 6. The stopper member 8, 8 is constituted by making it freely change a position in a pipe axial center direction relating to the joint body 6.</p> |
