PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a skin material laminated thermoplastic resin foamed molded object excellent in lightweight properties, strength and surface properties in a high expansion ratio. SOLUTION: A pair of male and female molds having at least one air port and a discharge port are used to form a cavity of which the thickness is larger than that of a final molded object and a pressure fluid is supplied into the cavity to set the pressure in the cavity to 0.1-1 MPa. After a molten thermoplastic resin containing a foaming component is supplied into the cavity or while it is supplied into the cavity, both molds are clamped to fill the mold cavity with the molten thermoplastic resin while discharging the pressure fluid in the cavity to the outside from the discharge port and, after a skin material and the molten thermoplastic resin are integrated under pressure, the molds are opened to cool the molded object while holding the cavity to the thickness of the final molded object. |
