PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend position-measurable area of a mobile terminal by the use of both a method using GPS and to provide a method using radio waves from a cellular phone base station, because a position non-measurable area is present in a position measuring method using either the GPS method or the radio method. SOLUTION: This device comprises both a position-measuring means by GPS satellite and a position-measuring means using radio waves from the cellular phone base station, and the position measurement results obtained from these position measuring means are weighted, according to the respective reliabilities and composed together to output a final positional measurement result. |
