PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an unsuitable guide route from being displayed to a user when a route is searched in a navigation system wherein the route is searched from a start point to a destination and guided in accordance with a prescribed guide route. SOLUTION: The navigation system 1 having a function in which the route is searched from the start point to the destination is provided with the function for searching the route and recalculating the most suitable guide route, by considering dynamically changing traffic regulation when the search of the route is required or when a predetermined condition is materialized. Preferably, the dynamically changing traffic regulation includes information provided from the outside and hourly changing time regulation information.
