PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for developing a photosensitive resin printing plate by which the cost of waste solution disposal is reduced by recycling a developing solution. SOLUTION: A photosensitive resin relief printing plate with a relief image formed by exposure is attached to a rotating drum, a developing solution is sprayed under high pressure on the surface of the printing plate while rotating the drum and development is carried out using a rotating brush. The developing solution on the printing plate is then washed away while continuing the rotation of the brush.
