PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic capable of imparting the hair with conditioning effects including sufficient moist feeling and smoothness and also capable of considerably improving sustainability of the effects. SOLUTION: This hair cosmetic comprises an amino group-containing organopolysiloxane prepared by reaction between a polyfunctional amine compound having at least four amino groups in one molecule and an organosiloxane bearing epoxy group(s) on one and/or both ends shown by the general formula (1) [R<1> is a univalent hydrocarbon group; R<2> is an epoxy-containing group or univalent hydrocarbon group; A is an epoxy-containing group; and n is 1-10,000].
