PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ventilation control apparatus for a road tunnel, which alleviates a ventilation load on a tunnel by making effective use of wind generated in the tunnel, to thereby achieve further power saving thereof. SOLUTION: The ventilation control apparatus for the road tunnel is comprised of an operating number determining section 27 for determining the number N (0 to 4) of jet fans to be operated out of the four jet fans 21a to 21d, based on concentration S of carbon monoxide, dry haze transmittance S2, and wind velocity S3 in the road tunnel 10.
