PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a flash is produced on a surface to become a reference or warpage occurs in mold releasing when polishing a connecting end face. SOLUTION: A ferrule for multi-fiber optical connector is molded by filling the cavity of a mold with fused resin and on the outer surface of the molded ferrule for multi-fiber optical connector, the surface of a side, where an adhesive injecting port is formed, is pressed so that the relevant ferrule can be pushed out from the cavity and released from the mold. The surface of the side, where the adhesive injecting port is formed, is made closer to the connecting end face rather than the centerline of the relevant ferrule in the lengthwise direction of a fiber hole and pressed at two points symmetric with the centerline in the array direction of fiber holes in-between or more than two points including such two points.
