PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brassiere capable of making a strap follow up to the movement of the shoulder without imparting a sense of incompatibility to a body and the strap scarcely slips off from the shoulder when the brassiere is worn. SOLUTION: A strap 16 of a brassiere 11 is obtained by providing a structure in which a change is caused in stretch strength of both left and right ends 18 and 19 of the strap 16 and the stretch strength is gradually reduced from the outer strap side 19 corresponding to the arm side when viewed from the center line in the longitudinal direction of the strap 16 toward the inner strap 18 corresponding to the side of the nape in the strap 16 connected to a belt 13 located in the back so as to extend from the upper part of a cup part 12 of the brassiere 11 to pass over the shoulder and fixing the brassiere 11 from the longitudinal direction.
