PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper device capable of assembling a small bracket in a large bracket in a stable attitude. SOLUTION: A wiper motor 13 is fixed to the small bracket 12, and the small bracket 12 is assembled in the large bracket 11. The small bracket 12 is assembled in the large bracket through an elastic seal member 28 therebetween. A projecting part 17a as an over-press preventing means is formed between a large bracket side mounting part 18 and a peripheral edge part 17, and a projecting part 20a as an over-press preventing means is mounted between a small bracket side mounting part 21 and a peripheral edge part 20.
