PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for monitoring an injection molding machine capable of easily grasping a transition of result data and easily analyzing data. SOLUTION: The method for monitoring the injection molding machine comprises the steps of displaying a set screen on a display 14 according to a designation from a keyboard 13, sampling the result data of one cycle at a set time interval for the result data set at each one cycle on the set screen, storing the data in a memory 15 and displaying the data on the display 14 or sampling the result data of one cycle at a set cycle interval, storing the data in the memory 15, and displaying the data on the display 14.
