PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet replacing device in which the motions of a revolving cover are made smooth and a perfect seal is generated between the revolving cover and the side wall inner surface of a splash guard. SOLUTION: The pallet replacing device to exchange pallets between a table of a machine tool and a pallet stocker includes the revolving cover 14 to open and close the opening in the splash guard, wherein the cover 14 is equipped with a moving cover 34 advancing and retreating in the left-right direction in such a way as capable of abutting to the inner surface of the side wall 112 of the splash guard, first link mechanisms 38 and 40 to advance and retreat the moving cover 34 to/from the cover 14 when the cover 14 rises and falls along the axis O of revolutions, and a second link mechanism 50 to elevate and sink an upper cover 48 which is to block the gap to the splash guard over the revolving cover 14 when the cover 14 rises and falls along the axis O of revolutions.
