PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition having excellent stretchability, and capable of providing a pin hole-resistant or multilayered film having excellent gas-barrier properties after flex fatigue. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises a saponification product of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, a polyamide-based resin having <=160 deg.C melting point, and a copolymer of an olefin and a vinyl ester of a carboxylic acid. The laminated body has a thermoplastic resin layer at least on one surface of a layer containing the resin composition.
