PURPOSE: A method for forming a spout of a liquid receiving container and the structure of the spout are provided to continuously maintain an original shape of the spout defining an inner space regardless of exterior impact and its expiration data. CONSTITUTION: In a conventional liquid receiving container(1) in which the upper and the lower ends are attached to define a certain inner space, a spout(10) is formed at a certain end, preferably a corner portion, of the liquid receiving container, and the spout is constructed as a spout defining a certain inner space therein by using a spout space forming frame of beverage outflow passage shape.
