PURPOSE: A steel slab form for placing slab concrete applied for a PSC beam construction method or a steel box construction method is provided to reduce manufacturing costs and weight of a form effectively, to settle stably and to place slab concrete in the much simpler assembling method. CONSTITUTION: The steel slab form(100) for placing slab concrete applied for a PSC beam construction method or a steel box construction method comprises: many beam assemblies(123) arranged parallel mutually to be at right angles to the longitudinal direction of each PSC(Prestress Concrete) girder; primary and secondary filler plates(106a, 106b) and an auxiliary filler plate(108) connecting many beam assemblies(123) in one; many primary and secondary gap control plates(110a, 110b) coupled on the primary, secondary and auxiliary filler plates(106a,106b,108); and floor materials(140) fixed on many beam assemblies(123).
