PURPOSE: A device for blocking a call is provided to have excellent roll-off characteristic and flat characteristic and maintain the stability of performance by generating a chopping wave and modulating and amplifying the generated chopping wave. CONSTITUTION: A wideband signal generating unit(10) generates a wideband FM signal. A frequency stabilization unit(20) stabilizes a frequency of the wideband FM signal outputted from the wideband signal generating unit(10). A power amplifying unit(30) amplifies the wideband FM signal stabilized in the frequency stabilization unit(20) and radiates the amplified wideband FM signal to the air through an antenna(50). A power supply unit(40) supplies a power to each circuit. The wideband signal generating unit(10) has a chopping wave generating device(11), and a wideband FM signal modulator(12) for generating a frequency according to a voltage of a chopping wave generated from the chopping wave generating device(11).
