PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide driving support during reversing a vehicle provided with a rear view camera and a hitch to couple a vehicle to be hauled. SOLUTION: In a driving support system indicating a picture taken with the rear view camera mounted on a rear part of the vehicle on a display of an indication means arranged in a location where a driver can see, when a designated instruction input is given, a locus estimation line 10 of the hitch mounted on the rear part of the vehicle is superimposed on the picture of the rear view camera. Preferably, a locus line 10a provided by vertically projecting the locus estimation line 10 on a road surface is also superimposed. The driver can accurately find relative position relation of a hitch image 3a of own vehicle and a coupling fixture image 5a of another side through the locus estimation line 10 floating up from the road surface and can reverse the vehicle to accurately meet the hitch and the coupling fixture. |
