PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling for a pipe giving a more effective seal. SOLUTION: This coupling 2 for a corrugated conduit 1 has a housing 20 molded from plastic material having rigidity, the housing has two spring-like latch parts 27, 28 opposed to engage with between corrugations 11 on the conduit. A continuous layer 21 consisting of softer elastic material is molded on a rigid material so as to extend to both inner/outer surfaces of the housing. In the inner surface, the softer material is extended onto a tapered surface 42 so as to form a seal with an end part 10 of the conduit. In the outer surface, the layer 21 of softer material is formed with both a flange 44 on an annular protrusion 40 forming a seal with the connected coupling and a manual gripping region 43. |
