PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jacket for vulcanizing a belt sleeve improved in the releasability between a rubber layer comprising an ethylene/α-olefin elastomer composition and the jacket and enhanced in the use number of times. SOLUTION: The jacket 10, which is used when the belt sleeve 7 having a compressed rubber layer 6 comprising an ethylene/α-olefin elastomer is vulcanized, comprises a cylindrical body wherein a hydrogenated nitrile rubber alone or a rubber composition mixed with the ethylene/α-olefin elastomer is crosslinked.
