PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a switching device such as an IGBT has dispersion in output response delay time to an input signal, and control using an output signal from the switching device has difficulty in ensuring control stability widely irrespective of the device used. SOLUTION: An A/D converter 14 and a timer 15 are used to measure a real-time output response delay time to an input signal output by a driver 11, so that an influence of dispersion in the output response delay time on control stability is eliminated, actual output timing is grasped accurately, and the control stability of a drive system 13 is improved.
