PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the shell of fireworks having a strength sufficient for keeping a spherical shape and protecting internal stars and brushing charge and scattering in pieces upon explosion to open the fireworks uniformly with no risk of falling, the brushing charge of fireworks which can open and fire the starts uniformly upon explosion of the fireworks with no risk of falling while smoking, and the starts utilizing a core material being supplied stably and opening and firing uniformly upon explosion of the fireworks. SOLUTION: The shell for fireworks comprises a formed body of resin composition principally comprising thermoplastic resin, the brushing charge and the stars for fireworks employ formed particles of resin composition principally comprising thermoplastic resin as a core material. The thermoplastic resin is preferably a biodegradation resin and more preferably a poly lactic acid based resin.
